I just couldn't see how I could manage another kid and stay sane. I'm not completely ruling it out, it's just not happening right now. When you were a kid, did you ever use eeny meeny miney moe to decide between 2 candy bars? After getting to the end, did you ever pick the opposite of what the game told you to do because you decided you really wanted a Kit Kat instead of a Snickers? The game was just a way to help you decide what you really wanted. My appointment helped me decide what I REALLY want, or rather, what I don't want. So for now, we have 3 kids and I'm feeling good.

i think that i would have chickened out oo. I am sooooo not ready for more kids. I honestly dont know if I will ever be ready. Can I just say that you are amazing!!! Where in the heck do you find the time to can food, finish basements, cook meals for your family, go on bike rides to Maverick and the blog about it all??? I feel so busy all the time and i dont do half the stuff you do!!! I just wanted to let you know that I think that you are a great mom and so independant and talented!! I look up to you so much!!! I MISS YOU AND LOVE YOU!!!
Thanks for trusting "us" with us an intense personal experience. I definitely don't think anyone should feel like they HAVE to have a baby, or three or four - even if it is just personal pressure they are feeling! Good for you for being brave enough to be chicken ;) .
Of course, life is full of surprises and I heartily laugh at the entire idea of "family planning". Who knows, Juliet could be 14 when you all of a sudden realize YOU MUST HAVE A 4TH CHILD...ha ha ha - gulp.
I'm agreeing with your decision not to have the birth control removed, if you are feeling the way that is sounds like. If you are truely, honestly not ready for another baby, and you have a choice in the matter, then you absolutely shouldn't have one. Good luck with all the struggeling emotions involved with this decision. Love you.
