Okay. Last girl's night, a friend of mine wanted to try making mozzarella cheese from scratch. Using a not so accurate thermometer, 3 different friends tried to make the cheese. All 3 failed and made more of a ricotta/cottage cheese. I mentioned that I had a digital thermometer at home that might be more accurate so I was sent with the ingredients to try again!
Six days later...
Okay, so I got busy and didn't run right home and make cheese. In the meantime, Shelly found some better instructions that made more sense. Armed with my digital thermometer and new instructions, I set to work. The results, a little ball of cheese!

And boy is it squeaky!

What kind of dairy did you use? I would imagine it would probably work best with raw milk, but that's kinda hard to get a hold of. Heavy cream?
That's awesome! I'll have to get the stuff to do it and make cheese some day!
