We tried to round up some kids to go for a hike with us but to no avail. Date hike! I'm supposed to hike with some ladies in September so I need to keep training. We tried to hike in Kolob Canyons but it's still closed. We diverted to a hike in New Harmony instead.It was a lovely evening.
We found some berries that we think were currants. I didn't know they grew around here. We didn't eat them just in case.
From New Harmony, you can see Kolob Canyons. The freeway passes right underneath but you can't see the canyons, which is a pity. They are so magnificent! I wonder why more people don't live in New Harmony with a view like that.
