Out for Summer and Lush Life

When we went to the lake with the crew on the first day of summer, we found this table in the water. The kids knew of a dance that goes with a song called Lush Life. Maxine and Mark learned it and they performed it on the table. 

Now I've got the song stuck in my head. It reminds me of me and my sisters. We made up dances to songs and performed them for our parents. Here's to summer! I'm so excited!

End of the School Year

Mark has made great strides in his reading class. He jumped from a 3rd grade to 9th grade reading level and earned a certificate for Outstanding Growth in Reading.

Mikayla earned a 4.0 for the whole year, and student of the year in FACS.

We went to Talon's graduation from Hurricane High School.

Yes! He did it!

 

He's going on a mission in the fall after Jack comes home. 

Temple Girls

Going to the temple with my family is one of my favorite things. Now that Juliet's home for the summer, we're able to go to the temple!

And after, we have to get food. 

The Pogo Stick

Mark is such a goof and is loving having Juliet home. He told Junior that he found a Pogo Stick on Facebook marketplace and they needed to go get it. They picked it up and Mark took to it very quickly. He's already figured out how to do it with no hands. Crazy kids!

Ducati Ride

Merril's had this Ducati for a while but is getting ready to sell it. Juliet wanted a ride before he sold it.
